News 24 and Budget Insurance are running the “News 24 – Budget Insurance” Campaign from 06 April March to 06 June 2023. News 24 and Budget Insurance reserve the right to review this promotion duration at any time, wherein new start or end dates will become applicable.
The News 24 – Budget Insurance Campaign, rewards consumers who have:
1. received a mailer request to complete an obligation-free insurance quote with Budget Insurance and after being called by a Budget Insurance representative, have subsequently completed the obligation-free quote from start to end.
PRIZE
2. All customers who have responded to the mailer with a request for an obligation-free quote and have completed the quote from start to end will receive free subscription to News24 for a period of twelve months.
NEWS 24-BUDGET INSURANCE CAMPAIGN RULES
To stand a chance to receive the prize, a consumer must do the following:

- Look out for a mailer from News 24 and Budget Insurance with a request to opt in for an obligation-free insurance quote;
- Receive a call for an obligation-free insurance quote; and
- Complete the obligation-free insurance quote from start to end.
4. Participants are not required to purchase a policy from Budget Insurance in order to participate and to win in the campaign and to be eligible to receive the free 12 months subscription.
DELIVERY/ COLLECTION OF PRIZE
5. News 24, Budget Insurance and / or its affiliates will email all campaign winners within 30 (thirty) working days from date of completion of the insurance quote to arrange for delivery of the prize.
6. It is the responsibility of participants to ensure that the correct contact details are provided to News 24, Budget Insurance and / or its affiliates for delivery of the free 12 months subscription. News 24, Budget Insurance and / or its affiliates will not be held responsible for incorrect delivery contact details.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WINNER CANNOT BE CONTACTED OR IS NOT ABLE TO TAKE UP THE PRIZE
7. If News 24, Budget Insurance and / or its affiliates are unable to reach a winner using the details provided, the winner will forfeit the prize.
EXCLUSIONS
13.As a customer, you will not qualify for the News 24 – Budget Insurance Campaign if:
13.1 You did not complete an obligation-free insurance quote from start to end;
13.2 It is unlawful for News 24 or Budget Insurance to supply such a prize to you. If you are awarded such a prize, you will forfeit it.
14. Errors and omissions excepted.
15.1 directors, members, partners, agents, employees, or consultants of News 24, Budget Insurance and/ or any of their associated or affiliated companies and/ or agencies or any supplier of goods or services in connection with a competition; and
15.2 the spouse, life partner, business partner or associate, or the natural or adopted parent, child or sibling, of any person specified in the above.
