Budget R500 Incentive Campaign

Budget Insurance is running the “Quote with Budget and get a R500 voucher” Campaign from 06 February 2023. Budget Insurance reserves the right to review this promotion duration at any time, wherein new start or end dates will become applicable.

The Quote with Budget and get a R500 voucher Campaign, rewards consumers who have:

1.  received a mailer or sms request to complete an obligation-free insurance quote and after being called by a Budget Insurance representative, have subsequently completed the obligation-free quote from start to end; OR
2. While completing an obligation-free insurance quote on the phone with a Budget Insurance representative, are nominated by the representative to be awarded a voucher valued at R500.  

INCENTIVE AMOUNT

1. All customers will who have responded to the mailer or sms with a request for an obligation-free quote and have completed the quote from start to end will receive a Total fuel voucher to the value of R500.00 (five hundred rand) each.
2. All customers who are nominated by the representative will receive a R500 voucher of their choice to be selected from the list of available vendors.

QUOTE WITH BUDGET AND GET R500 INCENTIVE RULES

To stand a chance to receive the incentive, a consumer must do the following:

1. Mailer and SMS Entries

-        Look out for a mailer or sms from Budget Insurance with a request to opt in for an obligation-free insurance quote;

-        Receive a call for an obligation-free insurance quote; and

-        Complete the obligation-free insurance quote from start to end.

1. Call Centre Entries

- After receiving a call from a Budget Insurance representative offering an opportunity to complete an obligation-free insurance quote and to receive a R500 voucher, to complete such obligation free quote from start to end.

1. Participants are not required to purchase a policy from Budget Insurance in order to participate and to win in the incentive campaign and to be eligible to receive the vouchers.

DELIVERY/ COLLECTION OF PRIZE

1. Budget Insurance and / or its affiliates will contact the incentive drive campaign winners within 30 (thirty) working days from date of completion of the insurance quote to arrange for delivery of the prize.
2. Where a participant’s delivery details are confirmed with them while with a Budget Insurance representative after completing the obligation-free insurance quote, then the prize will be delivered within 30 (thirty) working from date of such confirmation.

1. Where a participant’s delivery details are not confirmed with them while with a Budget Insurance representative after completing the obligation-free insurance quote, Budget Insurance and / or its affiliates will make attempts to contact an incentive drive winner 3 (three) times within a period of 14 working days from date of completion of such obligation-free insurance quote.
2. It is the responsibility of participants to ensure that the correct contact details are provided to Budget Insurance and / or its affiliates for delivery of the voucher. Budget Insurance and / or its affiliates will not be held responsible for incorrect delivery contact details.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WINNER CANNOT BE CONTACTED OR IS NOT ABLE TO TAKE UP THE PRIZE

1.  If Budget Insurance and / or its affiliates are unable to contact an incentive drive winner using the details provided by a winner within either of the periods indicated in clauses 4,5 or 6 above (whichever would be applicable in that instance) or if the winner does not claim the prize within 14 (fourteen) working days after accepting the prize, the winner will forfeit the prize.

EXCLUSIONS

13.As a customer, you will not qualify for the Quote with Budget and get a R500 voucher Campaign if:

13.1 You did not complete an obligation-free insurance quote from start to end;

13.2 It is unlawful for Budget Insurance to supply such an incentive to you. If you are awarded such an incentive, you will forfeit it.

14.  Errors and omissions excepted.

1. The incentive is not open to-

15.1        directors, members, partners, agents, employees, or consultants of Budget Insurance and/ or any of their associated or affiliated companies and/ or agencies or any supplier of goods or services in connection with a competition; and

15.2        the spouse, life partner, business partner or associate, or the natural or adopted parent, child or sibling, of any person specified in the above.

1. Each entrant is eligible to receive one voucher irrespective of the number of insurance quotes completed. Subsequent insurance quotes from the same entrant will be excluded from entry.
2. All payments will be processed within a period of 30 (thirty) working days from date of completion of obligation-free insurance quote.
3. Once delivery of the prize is completed, it is the responsibility of the recipient to familiarize themselves and to comply with its terms. Budget Insurance and / or its affiliates will not be held responsible for any failures to abide by such terms.
4. Budget Insurance reserves the right to amend, extend or cancel the Quote with Budget and get a R500 voucher Campaign at any time without prior notice.
