East Coast Radio-Cash Boost Competition Terms and Conditions

1. No staff member of Budget Insurance Brokers (Pty) Ltd ("the Company") and/or any of its associated or affiliated companies and/or agencies, and staff members or their immediate family; nor members of the sponsors of any competition listed on this page, and/or any of their affiliated companies and/or agencies, and members of their immediate family, may enter the competition hosted by Budget Insurance Brokers.
   
   
2. The prize available to the winners will consists of:
   
   2.1.   R5000 cash each day on the 23rd, 24th, 25th and 26th of
           January 2012; and
   
   2.2.   a R30 000 grand cash prize on Friday the 27th of
           January 2012.
   
   
3. The prize winners of the R5000 cash each day mentioned in 2.1 shall not qualify to enter the draw for the R30 000 grand cash prize mentioned in 2.2.
   
   
4. Entries for the R30 000 grand prize will close on Friday the 27th at 11pm.
   
   
5. Entries for the daily R5000 cash prize will close at 12am the following morning,
   
   
6. The winners will be notified telephonically.
   
   
7. Should the winner or runner-up not be contactable telephonically within 10 hours of the competition closing, the prizes will be transferred to a newly drawn winner or runner-up.
   
   
8. No persons under 18 years of age may enter.
   
   
9. The competition is only open to South African citizens and proof of citizenship will need to be presented by way of either a valid South African identity document, valid SA driver's license or South African passport.
   
   
10. The winner agrees to co-operate with the Company in participating in any public relations exposure related to this competition.
    
    
11. The winner's details will be published on the Company's website.
    
    
12. The judge's decision shall be final and no correspondence in this regard, will be entered into.
    
    
13. The prize is not transferable and is non-refundable. The prize may not be exchanged.
    
    
14. The prize must be claimed within 2 months of winners notification.
    
    
15. Budget Insurance Brokers shall not be held responsible for:
• Lost, late, delayed, misdirected, unintelligible or incomplete electronic mail.
• Telephonic, electronic, hardware or software program, network, internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties.
• Errors in transmission, and any condition caused by events beyond the control of Budget Insurance Brokers which may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted.
  
  
16. Budget Insurance Brokers shall not be held responsible for entries not received in the event of participants not successfully completing the entering mechanism provided.
    
    
17. Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules shall result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressor.
